Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange:

Due to the nature of the product, items purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted within 48hrs of receipt. For your item to be refunded it must be in the same condition that you received it, including the hangtags, silk bags, and in its original packaging.Kindly include photos and detailed description of the issue so we can best assist you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Shipping Cost and Returns:

Please note: Unless the product being returned is due to our fault, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Policy: 

Products made to order (wig, bundles, laces customisation) and all purchases are final, once the orders have been placed. All units, including HD lace cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

Pre-Order Policy:

Pre-ordered Items are items that are out of stock but will be shipped at a later date.

Refusal of Delivery:
Refusing a delivery is not considered a valid return. Refused deliveries will incur a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
